Nut & Seed Protein Breakfast Bowl
A quick and convenient breakfast bowl which is lower in carbohydrate than your usual muesli and a lot higher in protein. It has a great range of essential fatty acids from the combination of seeds, nuts and ground flaxseed. You can use any combination of nuts and seeds, but walnuts are better due to their higher omega-3 content. No cooking involved, but you may want to chop the walnuts or buy the ready chopped varieaty. If using this as a packed breakfast or snack, then I prefer to store the cottage cheese in a seperate container, the pour the nut and seed mix over the top prior to eating.
